Governor Jay Inslee has declared real estate transactions and it’s components are an essential service during his “Stay at Home” proclamation. This includes home inspecting for the same reasons you would want your investment inspected outside of a pandemic. First, to ensure your money is well spent on your investment and more importantly, to identify any major safety and/or structural damage before closing.
At House2Home Inspections, LLC, your trust is always top priority and per Governor Inslee’s directives, House2Home Inspections, LLC is asking only one person attend the inspection until further notice. Of course you may skip it altogether. The report will still be emailed, followed by a brief conference call if person to person isn’t an option.
During and after the inspection, our inspector will be wiping down all touched surfaces (faucets, door knobs, switch plates, etc.) to prevent any potential spread. If the inspector is sick or showing any signs of illness, the inspection will have to be rescheduled.
We look forward to your business!
